We re looking for an experienced Skilled Knife-Handed Operative to join a growing team! Whether you re a skilled boner or trimmer, or looking to advance your food production career, we want to hear from you! This is a Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate offering £12.21 - £14.27 per hour with a bonus of up to £60 per week based on performance and tonnage. You will also receive time and half payments for overtime (£19.35 to £21.41 per hour). Shift Patterns: Monday Friday, 06 30 OR 15 45. As the Skilled Knife-Handed Operative you will:

• Work in a team-oriented environment preparing and trimming beef products.
• Safely and efficiently handle knives to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain strict food safety & hygiene procedures.
• Collaborate with your team to hit daily production targets.

We are looking for a Skilled Knife-Handed Operative with:

• Proven knife-handling experience (block test required).
• Own transport is preferred (car share options available).
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment.
• Strong commitment to quality and hygiene standards.
• Right to Work in the UK.
